So Perry homes came back with their "bottom line price" again and it was another 10k off what they have it currently listed on the HAR website. It's still about 10k over what we are wanting/going to pay for the house but they are coming down...hopefully no one else will bid on it and they will cave and give it to us at our desired price :)
We countered back and came up a little more - not quite to our maximum that we are willing to pay - but we came up a decent amount, hopefully an amount that they will take and run with. We are waiting to hear back from Perry homes through Erika :)
Keep your fingers crossed! I WANT MY NEST!!!!! hahaha :)
